Woocommerce Subscriptions invoice creation, changing amounts

Is it possible to create an invoice on the back-end and have products and/or fees only apply to the first year?

I am realizing that if you create an invoice on the back-end, it does not follow any logic set up for each product, like trial amounts, changing values based on months, etc.

Is it possible to create an invoice on the back-end, add two products, set to charge every year, then on the second year it only charges one product and the second product gets removed?
