Woocommerce Subscription automatic renewals don’t work

We tried this in our live site which uses Woocommerce Subscriptions. Buying a subscription product works, but automatic renewals no longer trigger.

We have Vault enabled in Paypal.

Reverted to the old Woocommerce Paypal Checkout plugin and everything was fine.
