Hi, I would like to change the background color (currently blue) of the variations "choose an option" dropdown... Like on this page. http://kidsmaison.com.au/shop/clothes/peachy-pink-chloe-floral-dress

Is this something I can do in css

Styling form elements like this is not really worth it imo. They are recognised web elements and as soon as you start playing with them you also start to potentially confuse your customers.

FYI the selects in the link you shared like like normal selects to me and I cannot see any CSS there that would make them blue. I'm using Chrome.

If you're desperate to style them you can have a read about what's possible here: http://css-tricks.com/dropdown-default-styling/

If you want complete control though you're going to need to use javascript.

Hey James - thanks so much for the assistance. Think I'm going to leave this well alone.

    Hi there,

I have a custom select options field on the checkout page...is there anyway to attach the class="state_select" to this? At the moment when the the code is processed the custom select options check out field has a class="select".

    Your help is much appreciated.

    Thank you.
