I am trying to make my checkout page work with Stripe Payment Gateway plugin v 4.1.15.
I have searched for hours around this subject and it seems many people have a similar issue, although none of the suggestions worked for me. Yes, I have tried reverting back to the Storefront Theme AND disabling all plugins. Neither worked. I have no javascript errors in the console.

When I first arrive at the checkout page, all payment fields are thin and un-clickable.
What seems to work is if I refresh the page (although not always), or if I Purge All in the top admin nav bar. Both of these things only seem to work sporadically.

Please advise on what I can do to fix this issue. Stripe seems to be the best payment gateway but this plugin is causing me a huge headache.

You have JS errors coming from your theme possibly causing other JS issues. https://cld.wthms.co/tBeQMw

I contacted my theme provider (Divi from Elegant Themes) and they said they were unable to help me. They referred me back to the plugin provider. Do you have any additional troubleshooting advice, maybe plugins or settings that could fix this?

Sorry I do not. When you have JS errors coming from something else, it can break all JS that follows, not just this plugin.
