Woocommerce storewide notice will not disable?

    I’m sorry if i have posted this twice but I did not see it anywhere recent after I added to a previous thread that was not resolved about 5 mos. ago. Since this has not been resolved I need to post this here as well. I enabled a storewide notice and noticed it had a type in it, I changed it and it still had the typo, so I have deleted it and unchecked the box that says enable and saved the settings. I have cleared cache on all my devices, home computer, cell phone, son’s laptop, my laptop and my tablet and it still appears on all. Is there a deeper rooted problem than clearing the cache. I am running the latest version of WP and Mystile Theme.

    first the obvious thing to do is in woocommerce under general tab uncheck the Enable site-wide store notice box. But what my problem was is that my browser wasn’t allowing me to see that it was disabled. What was really weird was even other computers in the house the browser was seeing it but when I went away from the house and brought up my site on my cell phone it wasn’t there. So it was a browser caching issue. Clear your browser cache and try that. Although I don’t even think that worked with me anyway it really wasn’t there.
