Hi, My primary domain is garuda3d.com.

Now I am trying to login to my dashboard (garuda3d.com/wp-admin), after entering user name and password, the site is redirecting towards Woocommerce setup only.

It is not allowing me to enter into the dashboard where I can edit the pages.

    https://garuda3d.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=wc-setup

After this I went to the site, garuda3d.com. Now it is showing as the header with editing options. I tried to go to the Dashboard. But again the woocommerce store setup is coming. I have tried to setup the full store also. But, repeatadely it is coming to the same setup page.

Our service provider is Bluehost. I called them and asked them, they replied that it is the issue with WordPress and asked me to get the support here.

Kindly suggest how to get rid of that woocommerce setup.

    Thanks

    Hi @selvatvi

I’m sorry to hear about the troubles with the WooCommerce wizard repeatedly showing up. I would be happy to help you fix this.

In order to do so, can you log in to your site’s FTP, or your file manager ( through the Bluehost cPanel), and then proceed to /wp-content/plugins/ in your WordPress installation folder? Once you’re there, please rename the folder named woocommerce to something else. You can also consider deleting this folder, if need be. This will allow you to access your site’s WordPress dashboard (WP-Admin). Once this is done, please try reinstalling WooCommerce, now you should be able to successfully complete the WooCommerce wizard, and set up the plugin.

In case this doesn’t work, let us know. We’d be happy to guide you further, on this.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the support. I have done that already. Renamed Woocommerce folder to Woocommerce1. (In Cpanel File Manager0

It gave me access to the dashboard. Then I deleted that folder. Re-installed the Woocommerce plugin. But, the same issue continues.

Whatever I do, the store setup is coming again and again.

    Hi again, @selvatvi

It gave me access to the dashboard. Then I deleted that folder. Re-installed the Woocommerce plugin. But, the same issue continues.

Whatever I do, the store setup is coming again and again.

That’s interesting. We’d like to dig deeper to see why this is happening.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply, and send it across to us. This might guide us somewhere.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi,

The issue is Woocomerce is not at all activating.

When we install and click activate, it is going to the store setup only. Repeatedly it is showing the same setup page whatever we do.

I hope without activation, it is difficult to get the status.

    Thanks

    Hi @selvatvi

This definitely seems odd. Let’s switch gears a bit, and try a different troubleshooting step this time:

    1. Can you disable all other plugins in your site and leave just WooCommerce active? Once this is done, can you now try installing and activating WooCommerce?
    2. If this doesn’t help, I’d request you to take a look at your web server’s error log, and pass along what you see over there in your reply, especially over the past couple of days where you kept running into this error. This might guide us somewhere.

I look forward to hearing from you.
