I think its supposed to be like that. Its difficult to get products to line up when their image aspect ratios vary so much. Some are a letterbox shape and some portrait. You could crop your images to square, but this may lose parts of some images that you need, or you can put in some space between the letterbox images and their title. Neither method results in a pleasing appearance though that’s subjective.
Consider updating your theme to the current version. You have v3.0.5 and the current version is v3.3.3. I can’t say whether it will be more to your liking – probably the appearance will be the same.

Is it possible your theme sets your products in this kind of mosaic display? Or are you using WooCommerce Product Blocks to create this shop page?
If you set your theme to the default, Storefront, temporarily do you see the product images in the same size? If so, then it would be something going on in your theme.
