I have two sites that are displaying stock errors when filtered by “out of stock” on the products page through woocommerce. Some of the items are getting filtered as out of stock, when they are “in stock”. For example a variable coffee product (variable: ground, whole) is set up as “in stock” under the individual variable. But when I go to the product page and filter by “out of stock” some of these products pop up as “out of stock” when they aren’t marked anywhere as being out of stock. Fortunately this is not happening on the front end, but is hindering my ability to tell what is actually out of stock so that I can order what needs to be ordered. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows hot to resolve it?

    Hi there 👋

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Cheers!
