 * I am using the WooCommerce Square plugin and have WooCommerce set as my sync
   setting. I am creating all of my new products on WooCommerce and then syncing
   the product information including the inventory counts to square. A couple of
   products are randomly being deleted from square and at the same time the inventory
   stock counts are all set to zero. Anyone have any suggestions? I reached out
   to square and submitted a ticket through WooCommerce and was contacted back by
   a bot that wasn’t helpful. This issue is very weird because I have over 1,000
   products and this issue is only happening with a select few items.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fwoocommerce-square-3%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hey there, [@wilfredraeker](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wilfredraeker/)!
   Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.
 * Can you please share the WooCommerce ticket number?
 * Also, do you see any similarities between the products?
 * Are they all variable?
 * Do they have multiple categories or attributes?
 * Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us
   the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
 * System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system
   report > Copy for support.
   Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status
   > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.If you can also
   enable Square debug mode and search for Square logs, that would be great. You
   can enable the debug mode under WooCommerce > Settings > Square.You could copy
   and paste your reply here or paste it via [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/)
   and send the link here.
 * Looking forward to your reply.
 * Have a wonderful day!
