# WooCommerce Slow Api

 * Hi. I’m experiencing a slow Api connection between WooCommerce Api and Lagersystem.
   dk – This seems to have happened after latest WooCommerce update. Anyone else
   know of a simliar issue? Thx.

 * I understand that you’re experiencing connection issues between your WooCommerce
   API and Lagersystem.dk. First, have you checked with your hosting provider about
   server performance issues recently? Sometimes, shared hosting, lack of enough
   server resources, or network traffic can slow down API response times.
 * Here are a few steps you can consider trying:
 * 1. I would suggest you perform a conflict test (by switching to a default WordPress
   theme and see if the issue is gone, then if not, try deactivating all plugins
   and reactivating each to see which one causes the issue). [You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/).
 * 2. Check for system errors. Please share a copy of your site’s System Status 
   Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment. .
    - **System Status Report**: navigate to **WooCommerce** → **Status**. Select`
      Get system report` and then `Copy for support`.
    - **Fatal Error log**: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under **WooCommerce**
      → **Status** → **Logs**.
