# Woocommerce short-code not working

 * All the Woocommerce short-code not working, am using Divi theme
    for example 
   on the page: [https://maddiedolls.com/my-account/](https://maddiedolls.com/my-account/)
   when clicking on Address, order, point…etc, it just refreshes the page!
 * what to do….
    need help with this please so I can Launch the site.

 * Please do not post or share passwords in the public forum. Kindly edit your post
   and remove the password for security reasons.
 * Regarding the problem you are having, I tried to replicate the scenario on my
   test site but wasn’t able to reproduce. This kind of problem is usually caused
   by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
      The best way to determine
   this is to:
    - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/)
    - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    - Repeat the action that is causing the problem
 * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure
   out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by
