    Hi,

    1. I want to remove “Check Pincode” feature from my site as it’s not working. How can I do so? It says “This pincode is not serviceable!” for every pincode entered.

    2. It’s also not showing the estimated delivery date and time as stated in the plugin features.

  • @ersalil I was also facing this same issue, there was no clear solution on how to resolve this issue as Shiprocket developers are not fixing this bug and updating the plugin since a very long time. I checked the API call when we do Pincode check, the API seems to return error as there are some missing required fields that are not getting passed. Make sure you have added weight and dimension for all the products in your catalog. I did this and it is working for me now.

    @ersalil Please crosscheck the following points for the resolution:

    1. Minimum one Pickup address should be added on the Shiprocket panel.
    2. In Products weight (in KG) should be updated on WordPress.
    3. In Products dimensions (in CM) should be updated on WordPress.
    4. At the time of the plugin configuration Shiprocket’s register email id and mobile number have to be used on the Plugin settings page.

    After updating the details if still facing any issue please drop an email on wordpress@shiprocket.in or raise a ticket from the Shiprocket panel with all the details (register email id / Company id, store URL, channel name)

    If you do not want this features you can uninstall the Shiprocket plugin.
    Please note it will not affect the order sync from your wordpress to Shiprocket panel.

    I’m also facing the same issue. I can’t enter product weight or size, I just need to hide the check pin code section. I have tried based on your reply, but once I disable the plugin my orders are not syncing with the Ship Rocket dashboard.
