I have been banging my head against the wall with no solution in site. Any help would be appreciated.

I have zip codes setup as a zone region for the shipping zones. I’ve tried using numeric ranges and I’ve tried putting all the zip codes in manually one line at a time. Every time I test it and have a customer try it they are told “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly.”

I don’t understand why this isn’t working and it’s extremely important for the business to be able to have zone regions because we are only allow to sell in specific regions.

Again, any help would be appreciated.

Show us some screens with shipping zones configuration.

    Hi @phodesigns,

I agree with @kursora, it would be helpful to see your zones.

Keep in mind that the first one that “applies” will be used, and none of the ones below will matter. So if you have multiple zones that might apply, that might be the issue here. You can drag-and-drop them around to reorder them.

Thank @kursora and @mikeyarce. I just figured it out. It was the Addressy plugin. It was causing it not to work. Once I disabled the addressy plugin, everything works beautifully.

Anyone have a recommendation, other than addressy, for address verification?
