Woocommerce shipping options not showing unless I’m logged in

    I set up 3 simple shipping options on my site. Yesterday, any viewer could see three distinct options in the cart. Today, I can see them when I am logged into my own site, so I know they are defined, selected and working. However, if I’m not logged in or anyone else tries on their end, they don’t see options — specifically they don’t see USPS options — they only see a Free Shipping choice that I created. How do I get all users to see all the shipping options?

    You likely need to enter in an address before shipping rates will show. When not logged in, there is no address yet attached to the user. The shipping rates show up for me once I enter an address: http://cld.wthms.co/DDBp3j
