WooCommerce Shipping Option

Hello,
I’m having issues with the shipping option being displayed on my pre-checkout page. It used to display ‘$34.99 out of state shipping and $24.99 NC/SC Shipping” but now it just says ‘order add-on’ and local pickup.. I’m wondering how to get these back on there? I will provide a screenshot here.

Local Pickup and Order Add-on appear to be the shipping methods you’ve set up in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones. Were you using a shipping plugin instead?
In order for us to get a better understanding could you please share the following?
- Screenshot of your shipping settings
- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Once we have that, we’ll be able to check further.

Thank you for sending your System Status and a screenshot of your shipping settings.
I noticed that the UPS Next Day Air shipping method is shown on checkout but not on the cart page. It might be that a plugin or your theme is interfering with your cart thus causing trouble or you have a caching plugin and did not exclude the cart page from it.
In order to troubleshoot this further would you mind taking the following steps?
1. Temporarily switch to one of our default themes, such as Storefront to ensure that this isn’t a theme compatibility issue. Once you switch themes, can you check and see if everything functions as expected?
2. If not, we also recommend deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue at that point. If it does, then you would need to activate each plugin, one at a time, to see if you can find the conflicting extension/plugin.
It is advisable to backup your site content and database before making any changes, and you could also duplicate the site for testing purposes if you don’t want to interrupt the live site.

I ended up doing a staging site and switched over to “store front” theme and in the pre-checkout page it was displaying the same issue. Therefore, I don’t think it has to do with the theme. As far as the caching plugin, the only one I have would be WP Rocket and it doesn’t cache, account page, checkout pages, etc. So I don’t think that is the issue either.
I deactivated the all the plugins and did one at a time. It appears the issue is with the “WooCommerce Delivery & Pickup Date Time Pro” I have emailed their support team. Is there anything else we can do ?
