WooCommerce Shipping missing in google product feed

    The plugin does not send the [shipping] tag needed by google merchant center!

    I really like this plugin. Can you please update it to take the shipping value from woocommerence shipping details.

    Hi @alijundi,

    Can you provide additional information on your shipping setup? Also, please share a screenshot of the error you’re seeing.

    Lastly, please share your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here into your reply.

    As a heads up, the extension automatically syncs country-level flat rate and free shipping settings to Google Merchant Center. We’re working to implement syncing of rates for states, provinces, and postal/zip codes. An update should be released in a few weeks for this.

    Thanks for the screenshot and System Status Report!

    I am using Weight Based Shipping plugin

    It looks like your shipping plugin is not allowing Google to generate the [shipping] value for your products.

    You can find a guide on how to resolve this missing value here. I believe it is possible to set an account-level rule in Google Merchant Center that will give your products a “default” shipping cost and time if one cannot be generated from the WooCommerce product feed.

    Please let us know if you have any trouble resolving that error after checking and updating your account-level settings for shipping in Google Merchant Center.
