Woocommerce Shipping menu tab is not displayed

    Hi, I build my ecommerce shop with WooCommerce, and I am trying to set up “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax”. I already have installed this plugin as well as the jetpack plugin. Bot plugins are activated. However, I do not see the menu tab for the set-up of “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax”. There is nothing to click, see the attached image.

    I have double-checked every single setting of the plugins and WooCommerce, however, I do not find the error. Can you please help me? Thank you!
