Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » WooCommerce Shipping and WooCommerce USPS Showing Different Rates

I am experiencing an issue with the WooCommerce USPS Shipping plugin and the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin. My store only ships in the U.S. and I verified my address is correct with the correct postal zip code of my store. My products also have their own dimensions and weights added. In addition, we have custom shipping bags which we use to ship some of our products (not sure if this has to with the issues).

My first issue involves not displaying all the possible shipping options offered by USPS on the cart checkout. I have enabled flat rate shipping and the API rates, but only get a couple of options (Priority and Priority Express) rather than ground and flat rates.

My second issue involves the rates not matching up between the two plugins. The checkout page will display one rate for priority, but when choosing to print the label, there is a different rate offered by the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin.

So my questions are: how do I enable all shipping methods on checkout? And why do I get different rates?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi there!

While the two extensions query the same source, they do not both return all available rates, and what is returned might vary depending on specific settings. One example is the WooCommerce Shipping does not return the rates you might get at the USPS office counter, while the USPS Shipping Method does.

That said, USPS Shipping Method is a premium extension from WooCommerce.com. To get support for it, please go to WooCommerce.com » My Account » Support.

From there, select USPS Shipping Method from the I need help with dropdown list and submit the details of your enquiry through the form. We will be able to help you further there.

In light of the above, I’ll go ahead and close this thread.
