WooCommerce Ship to Multiple Addresses issue

    hi friends,I am using “WooCommerce Ship to Multiple Addresses” plugin ,but problem is that after activate the plugin,the shipping methods are not displaying any more on checkout page.It show me “Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘block’ ” in chrome browser.don’t no how to fix it.please help.
