# WooCommerce Setup Problem

 * Hello,
 * So just installed WooCommerce and while starting the 6 step setup process I fill
   in my shop address details and click “Continue”.
 * Then I get a popup saying “Get improved features and faster fixes by sharing 
   non-sensitive data via usage tracking that shows us how WooCommerce is used. 
   No personal data is tracked or stored.”.
 * When I click on either Yes or No, nothing happens, the popup just stays up now
   with some kind of loading effect over the buttons.
 * This has been going on for almost an hour and I also tried to do the setup in
   another browser but only got the same result.
 * How could I get past this popup?
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 * As a first step, try opening a new browser tab and then copy-paste the URL of
   that page then try carrying on with the setup wizard to see if the issue persists.
 * If the issue persists on the new tab, kindly use your browser’s inspect tool 
   and check for any errors on the console. If you find any, kindly share them with
   us.
