 * I’m trying to restrict access to a “shop manager” in WooCommerce.
 * The shop manager can’t seem to “Add Order” and I’m trying to figure out how to
   allow him to do this?
 * Any suggestions would help. Below are all the options.

 * “Shop Manager” role created by WooCommerce has full access to its WooCommerce
   functionality. Capabilities with ‘_order’ inside are responsible for work with
   orders. You may simply renew your ‘Shop Manager’ role by deactivating/activating
   WooCommerce. It restores “Shop Manager” WooCommerce related capabilities for 
   this role automatically during activation.
