I’m having trouble with the Woocommerce services plugin. Specifically, I’m having trouble seeing the popup that should appear when I click “print label”. It works when I try on Chrome. I’ve whitelisted my site from the popup blocker in the Firefox preferences. My Woocommerce Services is version 1.19.0, and my woocommerce is version 5.1.1.

    Hi @alacritous,

I am also using your setup (the particular versions) and printing works well for me in Firefox.

In the past I was experiencing a similar issue and it turned out to be caused by the Avira Browser Safety add-on, which was automatically installed for me and I was not even aware of it. Could you please try to disable all Firefox add-ons and try again?

Note: You can open the ellipsis menu next to a label and choose to “Reprint” a label. This way you can check all extensions without having to purchase new labels.

Disabled all my add-ons and this seems to have resolved the issue. I’ll re-enable them one by one to see which one was causing the issue. I will have a chance to do this in the next few days, so I’ll update this post then to share which add-on was causing the issue.

    Thanks, @radogeorgiev!

    Hi @alacritous,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
