Woocommerce services automated taxes

    I have gotten woocommerces services and jetpack completely connected to my website, i have the automated taxes enabled, however it will not apply internet taxes to anyone outside of my home state? We have gotten our store address as Kentucky in woocommerce isestablished, it is set to calculate based on customer address,

    Hey @rwalters07 – the support forum for WooCommerce Services can be found here.

    That said, we have a document here explaining how taxes work with Services, especially the nexus part is important:

    WooCommerce Services uses your store address (WooCommerce > Settings > General) as your “tax nexus” and does not calculate your tax status for other states.

    If you have further questions after reading the doc, you can open a new thread on the right forum. Someone will help you out there.

    Thank you for your response, i followed all steps accordingly, but it will not add any sales tax outside my home state. These are tangible products, not just services. I have reposted in the correct forum as requested.If you can give me any more guidance, it would be greatly appreciated!!
