WooCommerce sends virtual files when order status is in progress

    Hello,

    I have a product in my store that contains both virtual & physical products. I would like WC to send virtual files only when I complete the order (i.e., the order is received by the customer).

    Right now when the user pays for the products – they immediately receive virtual products on their email.

    How can I change that?

    Hey there, @mdczaplicki! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

    You can accomplish that by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable Products and making sure the checkbox for Grant access to downloadable products after payment is not checked.
    Don’t forget to save the changes if you make any modifications 😃
