Woocommerce sales data not transfering to Facebook pixel

    I have a self hosted wordpress site with integrations with woo commerce. I have also installed the Facebook pixel. The Facebook pixel is working correctly, but woo commerce is not transmitting correct conversion values (sales data) to Facebook for accurate tracking and measurement.

    I used the woo commerce and wordpress integrations on Facebook.

    I’ve reviewed my account and everything is in order, except that woo is not communicating with Facebook properly. Could you please let me know what to do to solve this problem? I use woo so that I can easily sell my products and services online, but this problem is preventing me from getting important data to help grow my business.

    I’m requesting step by step (video would be nice) instructions on how to fix this problem. Facebook is able to tracking all clicks and url visits, but correct order information and/or order value is not given from woo. Please help me fix this problem.

    Hey there!

    You’d want to talk to the folks that make the Facebook Pixel plugin you are using, as WooCommerce does not have a Facebook pixel built into it, so we are not able to support a feature added in by another plugin/service.
