    Hi,

When plugin is activated, the products/categories thumbnails are not rounded (border radius) as I want. I’m working with Divi. See my example page. When plugin is deactivated, these thumnails are rounded.
How can I deactivate plugin for thumnails ?
I tried to various exclusions in the settings, without success.
    Thanks for your help.
    Renaud.

My guess would be this is a conflict between litespeed, the way woo wants to load the image, and our lazy loader. Can you try disabling lazy load in our plugin, clearing your cache and seeing if that fixes it? If so, you can add items to that lazy load exclusion box to prevent them from lazy loading. Or you can see what it is about those other plugins that doesn’t like lazy loading.

Thanks. I don’t see where I can deactivate lazy load on your plugin settings…

It’s the fifth section down on the Basic tab of the EWWW plugin settings. There’s a checkbox you can uncheck.

Unfortunately, I deactivated lazy load in the plugin (and also in LiteSpeed settings, and also with a filter in the functions file) but nothing’s change.

Checking your site, I still see your images being lazy loaded. Did you clear your cache after making those changes? If so and you just turned them back on, I would suggest sending in a ticket to https://ewww.io/contact-us/ so we can get a bit more in-depth.
