 * Hi,
 * Is it possible in someway to extend the functionality (through custom code), 
   to create a new notification type?
 * I want to notify every user which have not placed a woocommerce order.
 * Should be quite simple to trigger.
 * Loop through all users which does not have a order.

    Thanks for your message.
 * Not currently but similar functionality is planned for the Conditional Notifications
   add-on.
