# WooCommerce Refund Solution

 * Hey,
 * I want to create a variable product for refunds where my customers would be able
   to enter the following information: Jeans color, Old Waist Size, Old Long Size,
   New Waist Size, and New Long Size.
 * In each of those are 5 or more options, and that would lead to over a thousand
   combinations. Also, note that I can enter only 50 by once.
 * I was wondering is there any simpler method to solve my problem?

 * I’m not sure of what you mean when you say you’ll create a product “for refunds”.
 * It does sound like you are mainly wondering about the struggle of creating all
   those variations in bulk. Note that you can use the built-on product importer
   to create products in bulk, including variations, which will normally be a faster
   way to do that than manually creating them.

 * Basically, I want a page where customers who bought a wrong size of jeans or 
   shorts, to leave information so we can send them new ones.
 * We are also using Attribute Stock to manage our stock numbers, and if we have
   the new and the old sizes of the product we could manage the stock numbers automatically.

   There are tools like [Smart Refunder](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-smart-refunder/)
   which would help you automate the process for customers to request refunds, but
   that won’t work for exchanging products.
 * Based on your description, though, and how customers will be required to enter
   information about the past and new orders, it sounds like this might be better
   suited for a form and not a product? Perhaps you can create a form where customers
   enter this information, and then you can manually make the changes in the customer’s
   order.
 * There are plenty of Forms plugins out there, so you might want to do a bit of
   research around that.
