WooCommerce Redirect on Checkout

Running WooCommerce 2.3.8 and Pilotpress 1.7.2
On checkout of woocommerce to Paypal – page is redirected back to checkout and has a a funky iframe of the home page stuck in the checkout page – with the checkout page content below.
Turn off PilotPress and all is ok.
