WooCommerce Recreate Pages?

    I was having trouble with the WooCommmerce shopping cart.

    Part of the problem I think was that I had multiple pages for each stage i.e. shopping-cart etc

    So I deleted all the pages.

    Then I reactivated the plugin in the hope it would re create the right pages, but it did not. No pages were created.

    Is there any way to reset or re activate the plugin and get it to setup all the pages?
