Can you swap themes quickly and see if the pagination appears?

Just tested it and when I put the Theme back the Pagination is appearing but its strange.
Example, I have my menu bar on up, Menu Name “Underground Piping” When I Hover over it, Menu drops down to give me five selections. 110mm pipe etc…
Now When I click 110mm pipe, I know there are 50+ Products in here, but only 24 are shown per page. This is okay. But The Pagination doesn’t show…
However, This is where its weird. Under each product the categories assigned are listed and when I select again 110mm piping it takes me to a page (I assume the same) listing my 24 items but at the bottom, this time, are the pages!
Any idea why when I select the page from the menu, it doesn’t appear but when I select the category from the product it does?

Just to make sure: Did you run the same test on “standard” theme like Twenty Sixteen or Storefront?

I tried it on Twenty Sixteen and had the same issue. When clicking on the Page via menu getting this issue but when clicking on the category from a product which i believe then takes me to the page I am then getting the pages

I am currently running this on Localhost.
Would you be able to put the site online somewhere so that we would be able to take a look at exactly what is happening?
