@soadeathdealer: I'd suggest following Jan's advice about to contact WooThemes directly if you need to pass along login credentials or similar.
@splashingpixels.com: Hi Roy. It's great that you guys are over here supporting WooCommerce but if you're going to do that you should at the very least identify yourselves as affiliated with WooThemes so future discrepancies don't happen.
If WooThemes would rather not add support ninjas as contributors to the plugin, we can also extend other options to help make support ninjas more readily identifiable to users and forum moderators such as setting a custom title for any "official" support staff. For questions, I'd suggest emailing plugins (at) wordpress.org.
