Woocommerce product tag dropdown

Hi all, hitting a brick wall here. Due to the way I’m styling my posts (using woocommerce) I’m using {product_page id=””] to manually display all my products on each page. (due to when I use a category, I cannot add content to the page, only more posts if that makes sense. So I have to manually put each product on a page). All looks pretty much how I want it to, however… I need to create a dropdown menu that shows the products based on the tags given to each product.

Firstly, is this even possible? Secondly, I need the dropdown to not be a widget, as I do not have any sidebars on these pages.

I’d really appreciate any help with this!
