    Hello
I’ve setup a WooCommerce which is working fine so far.
But I have an issue with taxes.

I imported a list of all EU standard tax rates

    – I enter product prices exl tax
    – Tax is based on billing address

When I set the billing address to the Netherlands:
    Everything seems to work
Prices in the shop are incl tax

But when I set my billing address to the UK:
the prices in the shop are exl tax
But during checkout tax gets calculated on top of the exl vat price
    For example:
A product price is 66,07 Euro (exl tax) Thats 79,95 euro (incl tax)
So 66,07 is added to the cart and it will calculated the tax on this (instead of the tax incl price).

    When I compare 2 order.
One in the UK and one in the Netherlands
The tax is not added to the product price for the UK order.
Woocommerce thinks the price is “incl”. And will calculate the total amount of vat on the excl price.

    Hello,
Can you please share some screenshots of your tax rates, and also of WooCommerce > Settings > Tax?

Also, if you can show some screenshots of the cart with NL and UK products that would be helpful!

You can take screenshots with Snaggy – https://snag.gy/ – or read more about taking screenshots at https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/s

    Thanks for your reply Nicola
I found the issue and it was related to jetpack plugin.
Once I disabled the auto taxes everything worked like it should.
I manually imported all taxes so all good now 🙂
