Woocommerce – Price filter does not apply on the products

    Hi!

    I’m using wooCommerce and have the latest days tried to make my shop responsive for all platforms, this may have done something to my “Product filter by price” because now it does not work. When choosing the price it does sort any products or change anything.

    I would love help on how I could solve this issue.

    Hi @zveuse,

    Thanks for reaching out to us, and for including that screenshot and that page link. I can see what you’re describing here.

    I’m using wooCommerce and have the latest days tried to make my shop responsive for all platforms, this may have done something to my “Product filter by price” because now it does not work.

    As a first step, could you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click the button to Regenerate the Product Lookup Tables? Once those have regenerated, check to see if the issue is resolved.

    If that doesn’t work, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

    Tried to regenerate and still the same error, I have also double-checked both wooCommerce and WordPress being updated to the latest possible update. If it helps you, I didn’t mention I use Elementor as page builder combined with Woo, if that info helps you.
