Woocommerce postal code in email customer

Hello,

I would like to know how to manege the postal code ABOVE the place.

At this moment it’s like this:

Billing address
Name
Address + number
town
Postal code

This is what it should be seen like in the email for the customer:

Naam
Address + number
postal code + town or;
postal code
town

Hopefully someone can help us out!

Hey @omzetgroeier – In this case, I think customising the email templates will be the trick for you. WooCommerce.com vendor StoreApps have a good tutorial on that here.

This isn’t the solution. I need a php code to set up postal code before city.

Could you or another fine expert tell me how to manage that?

Hey @omzetgroeier – did you read the section on updating templates in that article? Here’s a link to the templates of WooCommerce and how to use them: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/ – you need to change the email templates in there.

Thank you. I found the template: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/3.6.0/templates/emails/customer-on-hold-order.php

But, im not able to see the postcode area and city. Could you tell me where to find those specific strings?
