woocommerce pos error when printing receipt

hello,

enjoying using Woocommerce so far. lately I purchased Woocommerce pos plugin and when I try to print from checkout it shows error:

printer is able to print eventually (1 receipt and 1 with error code) but the letters are blur and unreadable.

please help.
