Woocommerce plugin installation

Hello,

We are developing an eCommerce solution using WordPress and Woocommerce plugin. This should basically allow our client to list and sell their templates/themes. Another requirement is to allow a third party designer/agency to signup and sell their themes using the same platform. We are pretty new into this, can anyone tell us whether there is an extension/plugin that could be used with Woocommerce that provides third party designer/agency to signup and sell their themes.
