    I transferred my host and I had this error when installing WooCommerce Plugin (There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions)

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that after transferring to another host, you receive a critical error when installing WooCommerce, is this correct?

    Please confirm if this is the first time installing WooCommerce on the site in question, and if not, did you encounter this issue before (on your previous host)?

    As a first step, I’d suggest performing a conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts that may be causing this issue.

    The best way to determine this would be to:

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To find the culprit, reactivate your theme, and then your plugins one by one.

    You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin. Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

    I did all these steps but still not solved, i’m still unable to login to admin dashboard.

    Just to clarify, were you able to log in to wp-admin successfully to perform a conflict test, and then after retrying to install WooCommerce, you received a critical error again, and are now unable to log in to your wp-admin?

    OR

    Did you disable all plugins via FTP or cPanel and you were still unable to access your site?

    If yes, was WooCommerce an active plugin at this point?

    Also, after checking, it appears that the page to log in to your wp-admin is loading as expected, does this produce a critical error after logging in (screenshot below):

    Once we have more clarity on what you are experiencing on your end, we will be able to guide you toward an effective solution.

    I back to old server, i have 2 servers but since this issue happen I can’t moved it or merged it to one server.
    I disabled all plugins via FTP or cPanel and you were still unable to access on new server.

    No the WooCommerce plugin was not yet installed after i removed it then i disabled plugins and installed WooCommerce .

    If your WordPress site doesn’t meet our minimum requirements, then many plugins (including possibly the core WooCommerce plugin) won’t function as expected. Read over the WooCommerce Server Recommendations and optional items here.
