Hi darqer
When using your link I can only see the placeholders, but this issue is usually caused by some sort of theme conflict.
If you can replicate the issue on your link so that I can see what you’re referring to, I should be able to assist in some way.
Thanks,
Gareth.

Thanks, I can see the issue. That looks like a theme conflict.
If possible, could you provide me with a copy of your theme (or access to it in some way) so that I can see how it’s inserting the category thumbnail in?

I will give you access to The admin panel than you will be able to use theme editor for more information.

Dude, you just gave your WordPress credentials to the whole world!
I can see you have changed your post, but do change the password because the details ended up in everybody’s email who is subscribed to this thread!!!
Stay safe,
Mike
Hi darqer,
Sorry for the delay responding. I’ve had a quick look and you no longer have my plugin installed, so presumably you didn’t manage to resolve your issue.
For obvious reasons I won’t re-install my plugin for the purposes of testing this, if you’d still like me to have a look at this for you please re-install the plugin and re-instate the “shop-2” page that you created, and I’ll gladly have a look.
Thanks for your patience.
Gareth.

Hello, I posted on your site about this also, I am experiencing the
same issue with porto theme, the woocommerce-placeholder appears below thumbnails, do you have a solution for this please.
I have tried css to try “display none” however it doesn’t work for me, would also prefer a cleaner approach if at all possible.
Kind regards,
Lee 🙂
