Woocommerce periodically asks me to update my database

I am running Woocommerce 3.03. After I upgraded it tells me I have to update my database. I do that. I check the system status and the db version is 3.03. All is well. After a number of days(no time frame that I can tell yet), I see the request to update my database again. I check under system status and the DB version is now 2.6.4. I update again, and all is well again. Then after a few days it happens again. This started happening when I updated to version 3.00. I never had the issue before. I have started checking the db version every day and it has been staying 3.03, until all of a sudden it is back to 2.6.4 and I have to update again. What is going on?
