WooCommerce PayPal Shipping/Billing

Hello.
I am using the PayPal standard plugin for WooCommerce, my problem is the shipping/billing lack of functionality and seller protection.

At the moment PayPal either allows you to send only 1 address – The customers billing or shipping address… I have only billing address setup. Surely only shipping would be unsafe? Is there not a way you can send through both addresses to the PayPal redirect screen?

There is also the problem of whilst you are on the PayPal payment screen. If you are a PayPal user you can login and change your delivery address which is fine BUT if you are not a PayPal user (guest) and want to pay with debit/credit card there is no way you can enter a delivery address!

I have been liaising with PayPal for well over 5 months now and still no solution, to be honest I feel like I’ve been fobbed off many times. I’m opening this up to the public now so if anyone has any ideas I would be grateful.
