I have installed and configured the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, it is active and according to my desktop, operational.
But when a user makes a purchase, the order record remains but indicates “The PayPal payment for the order is set to PENDING status. Details: The beneficiary does not have a PayPal account.”
Apparently everything is correct, but WooCommerce DOES NOT send the money to my PayPal account.
If anyone knows how to fix this or which part to check, I will be grateful.
What happened is that I have a web page: http://delegend.es that installs the plugin within wordpress: WooCommerce PayPal Payments, I have it perfectly configured so that when a buyer performs an operation, the money will be sent to my account Commercial PayPal: delegen███email@example.com. The client pays, a PayPal transaction number appears, the number 6V███████████272K, but it not only says that it is pending, but the application itself says that I do not have a PayPal account. which is a lie.
