After more testing I see these results :
Works on a Android Mobile device, Firefox and Chrome on one desktop, but it doesn’t work with Chrome on a second desktop. Firefox does work on the second desktop.
I still see the error message flash momentary when I cancel out of PayPal and return to my website on all of the working platforms.
Any updates on this issue?

I’m also not sure what do you mean by working on one desktop and not on another desktop? Do you mean, the PayPal checkout method is not working on one of your other PC and it works on all the other devices? If that is the case, it is possible that it is a browser problem on the PC where it is not loading.

Yes, I am seeing it work on one desktop (Windows 7) and not on a new one (Windows 10).
I think your probably correct in that it could be a browser issue on the Windows 10 machine.
The only thing I noticed as I mentioned earlier is that I do still see the error screen when I exit out of the “Pay with PayPal” screen. Not a big deal, but I never noticed this before in my testing.

Regarding the error screen after you exit out of Pay with PayPal, is it happening with your Windows 7 PC as well? I went to your site, proceeded to pay with PayPal and then cancelled the payment, I was redirected back to the cart page without any error.

This is not an error and if I understand it correctly, you see this message for a very brief moment, and you are redirected to PayPal automatically without having to click on Click to continue – right?
If yes, this message shows in case if someone is not redirected automatically and they can manually click to redirect to PayPal for payment.
My issue is – that popup……plus —– when you try to click CLICK TO CONTINUE link – the hole PayPal popup disappears and the screen goes back to the cart. Nothing happens.
No, It happens when I have added the item to the cart and proceed to to pay with PayPal. When I get the PayPal popup I cancel out of PayPal and return to my site. This is where I see the “Don’t see the secure PayPal browser..” breifly. I don’t see it any other time. I see this on the Window 7 PC and my Adroid Phone.

@rickjones1 I’m guessing everything is working fine including making payments via PayPal on your site other than seeing the PayPal popup screen briefly when you cancel to continue with the PayPal payment on Windows 7 PC and your android phone.
It is possible that it is a browser behavior, however, if everything is working fine, I think we can go ahead and close this topic unless I’m missing anything else.
