This is in response to a post I’ve seen elsewhere concerning a very high charge from a different payment provider for failed transactions.

Essentially, the site owner had a very large fee from Worldpay for thousands of failed transactions that occurred on their website in one day.

Woocommerce payments uses stripe but i wanted to check if they have a similar policy of charging the site owner for failed transactions on card payments?

Hoping someone knows

Using WooCommerce Payments, you are not charged a fee for failed transactions.

Thanks for the response. I did check that page but was wondering if there were any additional fees that are only in the terms & conditions.
