    Hi there,

    I’ve seen that others have had this issue and were told to create a support ticket. I have done so, twice actually, the first time 10 days ago, and still haven’t had any answer.

    I have set up woocommerce payments in one of our sites with no issue. We now want to set it up in our US version of the site, but if I attempt to access the settings on that site I’m told the account is restricted and get this message “There was a problem redirecting you to the account dashboard. Please try again.”

    When others have said they have experienced the same issue they were directed to create a support ticket.

    Does anyone have any ideas please?
