Hi there @sariniininord66 👋
Thanks for reaching out about this. Let’s troubleshoot it together!
Woocommerce payment broke the whole checkout
I went ahead with opening the screenshot shared here, and the browser console errors appear to be from different origin. WooPayments is not mentioned anywhere.
Woocommerce payments was finally found as the reason why no payments could be made on the site.
To clarify, when did this started happening? Also, under what conditions? A plugin/theme/code update, perhaps?
Additionally, kindly elaborate further on what was/is seen on the screen, or experienced, when payments could not be made.
Please note, it will help to enable logging first, since that is a common step required to diagnose many issues.
To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here? Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here or into our https://quickforget.com/ service and send that secret link here.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
The error console doesn’t mention woocommerce payments but when deactivated the problem was gone. It appeared apparently when new plugins were installed, but uninstalling them did not solve the problem. If I remember right the payment plugin was updated not long before the problems occurred. What happened was that even first name -field was filled the program claimed that it wasn’t and thus didn’t accept ANY payments. https://i.ibb.co/wdf7t6N/Billing-first-name-required.jpg
I will not allow logging in in this stage. I must have the site up and webshop running as this is our high season

Enabling the debug log won’t affect your store’s functionality and performance. Instead, it will record the activity and detailed errors to help you further troubleshoot those issues.

Looks like the secret has expired. Could you please share it again with a longer expiration time?

Do you use any plugin or custom code to customize the checkout field or template? Are you using the checkout block or shortcode on the checkout page?
Looking forward to resolving this issue for you.
Hi @sariniininord66,
I’m marking this topic as “resolved” due to recent inactivity. If more assistance is needed, feel free to post back here or open a new topic.
Thanks!
The problem is not solved but I’m not bothered of it any more as I stopped using the plugin. I don’t know whom I’ve answered as the thread was also opened on the plugin site: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/billing-first-name-field-2/?view=all#post-17528963
Hi there,
As I understand, you opted to not continue utilizing WooPayments, due to the Checkout Field Manager (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce plugin not being compatible with it — with the current setup being like so.
Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We’ll be here, if you’d like to revisit the site’s checkout workflow with having WooPayments as an active payment gateway.
Have a great one!
