    Hi,

Recently we started experiencing a problem with this plugin.

When we send parcel on the Sendle (on the WooCommerce integration page), it doesn’t get removed from that page, and the order status doesn’t get automatically updated in the website WooCommerce orders.

Can you please help with this?

    Hi,
If you are sending from the Sendle dashboard (woocom integration page) you are not using this plugin. The Sendle dashboard integration is a separate method of receiving and processing orders. That said if you do use this app you will see completed orders no longer appear in the sendle woocom list as it should ignore completed orders. For support on the sendle dashboard integration please contact Sendle directly.

    Hi Joovii,

I’ve contacted the Sendle support, and this is the answer I got:

    Hi Damir,

    Thanks for that feedback.

Have you tried fixing the API call for your orders. You can refer here how to do it. Once it’s fixed it on Woocommerce, it should work. If not, let me know.

    Hope that helps
    All the best,
