    Hi
The WooCommerce > Orders list in the dashboard is helpful to us when processing and entering orders, but it is missing a few pieces of critical information. To get this information, we need to go to Accommodation > Bookings (specific to our Hotel theme) and look there.
Is there anyway I can either modify WooCommerce > Orders OR WooCommerce > Orders so it contains all the info we need to process orders?

Ideally it would be WooCommerce > Orders has it has more comprehensive payment info. As I eluded to we are a hotel and the missing info is the room number that was booked and the dates of the booking.

    Thanks

    Hi there!

Is this in regards to the Bookings plugin that is a premium extension on WooCommerce.com? In that case, please open a ticket with us so we can look at things with you, we’d love to make sure you have what you need!

I’m not sure actually, as it came bundled with my theme.
I’m pretty confident it is just standard.

    Hi, @s31concierge!

While your theme is compatible with WooCommerce, it isn’t bundled with our bookings/accommodation bookings extensions. It seems to have it’s very own standalone, advanced booking management system.

You’ll need to reach out to your theme developer for further help with this. You can reach the developer/s here: https://themeforest.net/item/hoteller-hotel-booking-wordpress/22316029/support

    Cheers!

It does use Woocommerce for checkout.

    Hi there,

It does use WooCommerce but the booking system provided by the theme is not a default WooCommerce feature. The theme authors will definitely help you sort this issue out.
