• Hi guys,

    I have a strange issue with my website
    When someone make an order and completed the payment (via paypal), the order record only note “IPN payment completed”, but I didn’t get any note for “Order status changed from Pending payment to Processing.” and didn’t get any email, but the order status already processing.

    it works well for some order. I don’t know where to start to solve this problem.
    I really appreciate any suggestion and help from you guys

    I had never done it before, but all went well

    Yes, I have the paypal log

    No you don’t need to confirm it regularly – I am only having you look to make sure the payment actually went through.

    Good, could you locate the order number in the PayPal Log and see the last interaction it had?
    Possibly about the IPN hitting your website or the customer returning and it marking the order completed.
